Black Rose Sparkling Tea

Warmer weather means it’s the prefect time for refreshing and lighter drink options. My Vintage Gypsy Teas' black rose tea is a delicious option to add to your drink menu. Easy to make and delightful to sip, it will become your go-to warm weather drink.


2 oz boiling water

1 tsp tea Black Rose Tea

2 oz simple syrup-chilled

Prosecco or club soda


Steep the tea in boiling water for 3 min.

Allow to cool.

Pour the tea into a champagne flute.

Add the simple syrup then top with Prosecco, Rosé, or club soda.

Try it as a ‘sparkling’ tea made with dry champagne, prosecco, rosé, or club soda. Perfect for brunch or for an afternoon pick me up. You and your guests will be impressed!
